PIRMIN S.A. de C.V. is a company dedicated to providing services and solutions within the ecosystem of means of payment, in this sense, it collects information to be able to provide its services in an efficient and accurate way, through the proper treatment of your personal data, we protect your privacy at all times, in addition to raising the standards of security and trust for processing within the ecosystem of means of payment.

  • Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC);
  • Unique Population Registry Code (CURP);
  • Address (street, number, neighborhood, municipality or delegation, state, postal code);

  • Bank account number;
  • CLABE (Bank Code);
  • Bank name;
  • Photograph;
  • Signature;
  • Official identification (voting card, passport, professional license, among others);
  • Proof of address (no older than 3 months);
  • Tax situation;
  • Economic activity;
  • Financial information (income, expenses, assets, liabilities, credit history, among others);
  • Transaction information (amount, date, time, place, type of transaction, among others).

2. Sensitive personal data

In order to comply with the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, PIRMIN may collect, for processing, the following Sensitive Personal Data:

  • Financial data (income, expenses, assets, liabilities, credit history, among others);
  • Biometric data (photograph, fingerprint, among others);
  • Data that may reveal aspects of the most intimate sphere of the owner or whose misuse may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the owner.

IV. Transfer of Personal Data.

PIRMIN may transfer Personal Data to third parties, national or foreign, in the following cases:

V. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition).

  • Full name of the owner of the Personal Data;
  • Email address to receive the response;
  • Clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the ARCO Rights;
  • Any other element that facilitates the location of Personal Data;
  • In the case of requests for rectification, the owner must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports his request.

PIRMIN will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days, counted from the date on which the request was received. The response will be sent to the email address indicated in the request.

PIRMIN has implemented physical, technical and administrative security measures to protect your Personal Data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.
